In most cases, one skilled technician is all it takes to complete your install efficiently and professionally. For larger TVs — think 65 inches and up — a second set of hands can be helpful for safely lifting and positioning the screen. In those situations, customer may volunteer to assist with that quick step. Alternatively we can add a second technician to your appointment for an additional fee. Either way, we'll make sure your TV gets mounted safely and correctly regardless of size.

Most standard TV mounting jobs take approximately one hour per TV. That includes mounting the bracket, securing your TV, dressing the cables, and making sure everything is level and exactly where you want it before we consider the job done. Cable concealment adds some additional time depending on the complexity of the install. If you're booking multiple TVs or a combination of services, we'll give you a realistic time estimate when you schedule so you can plan your day accordingly.

A little preparation goes a long way toward making your appointment run smoothly. Before we arrive, make sure all of your equipment is accounted for and accessible — that includes your TV, soundbar, any cables, and any hardware you're supplying. Having everything near the wall where it will be mounted saves time and keeps the job moving. It's also worth giving some thought to your preferred TV position ahead of time. Before mounting work begins, we'll need to commit to both a top line and a center line for placement — so having a general sense of your preferred height and horizontal position will help us get it exactly right the first time.

Absolutely. While we don't offer traditional moving services, we can dismount your TV, help with loading and unloading, and follow you to your new address to remount everything properly. It's a great way to make sure your setup arrives safely and looks just as good in your new space.

Yes — beyond TV mounting we offer a miscellaneous mounting service billed at an hourly rate. This covers things like mirrors, artwork, pictures, curtains, and more. If you need something hung properly and securely, just ask when you book and we'll let you know if it falls within what we can help with.

Yes — hard surface mounting is one of our specialties. Exposed brick and concrete walls require specialized anchors and drill bits, and we come fully equipped for both. We assess your wall type before we begin and use the right hardware to ensure a safe, secure mount. Just note that cable concealment through masonry walls isn't available — but we can discuss the best approach for keeping cables tidy in your specific space.

New construction townhomes are actually great for TV mounting — fresh drywall, standard stud spacing, and clean walls make for a very smooth install. One thing worth knowing is that in multi-story townhomes, some walls are shared structural walls with different compositions, so we always assess before drilling. We also recommend having a sense of your preferred TV height before we arrive — in open-plan townhome layouts, placement decisions can be trickier and worth thinking through in advance.
